Learn and practice 60+posture.
Adjustment & alignment : importance of alignment and adjustment in yoga, keys point of happy feet, using of props like belt, block, cushion, bloster etc., how to adjust verbally and physically. Learn to adjust and align 20+ posture
Pranayama: introduction, prana, pancha prana & upaprana, natural breath & types of breathe, bhastrika, kapalbhati, nadi shodhan, anulom vilom, sheetkari, sheetali, ujjayi, bhramari.
Mudra (Gesture): what is mudra, benefit of mudra, types of mudra, panchtatva mudra and pancha prana mudra.

Mantra: meaning, puropose, science of sound and mantra chanting.
Anatomy & physiology of human body: Brief introduction of human body and 11 major system, skeleton system, muscular system, types of joints, respiratory system and digestive system, execution of yoga anatomy in yoga class.
Meditatio: introduction, history, types of meditation, imprortance of asana, mudra and pranayama in meditation, 3 to 4 technique of meditation, trataka, vipasana, pranava sadhana and guided meditation.
Shatkarma: introduction of 6 yogic cleansing, practice of jal neti, rabar neti and kunjal/vaman.
Teaching methodology: Models of ideal Yoga lesson plans, class management, connection between teacher and student, lesson plan for different different group of people, yoga teaching for individual and in group class, understanding the psychology of student, precaution during yoga class, develop caring nature as a responsible teacher.
